The house was expanded in 2016 and freshly renovated and refurbished in 2021. 

​The apartment has its own covered parking space. 

A spacious terrace awaits you, which invites you to linger on mild summer evenings.

The terrace has a dining table with 4 chairs and a sandpit. 

In the entrance area there is a spacious cloakroom, then a spacious dining/living area welcomes you.

Our open kitchen welcomes you with all amenities. The dining table seats 4 people.

And if you don't want to swing the wooden spoon yourself, our mill restaurant next door offers the opportunity for a sophisticated treat with typical Franconian and Mediterranean dishes.

In the morning there is also the possibility to enjoy our breakfast from the mill buffet.

A modern sofa awaits you in the living area, which can also be used as a second bed for 1-2 children. 

The bedroom is comfortably designed and is on the east side, so you can let the morning sun kiss you awake. 

The bathroom has a bathtub and a spacious, floor-level shower.
