Our restaurant "Alte Mühle"
Since the opening of the Mühlenrestaurant, it has been tradition for the chef Günter Knorr himself to be at the stove
and the boss Doris Knorr personally welcomes the guests to the restaurant.
This tradition will continue with the next generation.
After many years in the wide world and many culinary impressions, the two children Manuel and Lisa are now back
in their homeland and take on the host qualities of their parents.
Manuel follows in his father's footsteps and Lisa takes over the service management of the restaurant.
Away from Coburg city life, you will find the opportunity to switch off and enjoy yourself in the Alte Mühle restaurant.
Since 1995, the Knorr family has relied exclusively on down-to-earth and honest products.
Depending on the seasons, primarily regional products from the Coburg area are used.
Our specialties range from the classic “Wohlschbacher Schnitzel” to the local Itzgrund saddle of venison.
Vegetarians are sure to find something delicious too.
Our very well qualified kitchen and service staff look forward to a great evening
