In 2013 Manuel found his way back to beautiful Oberwohlsbach after many stops .
He met his wife Stefanie at the hotel management school in Heidelberg.
Manuel has been in charge of the kitchen since then
and shopping.
Stefanie plans and organizes the events in the house
and cares
about the resulting office work.

You had the courage in 1995
To build a hotel out of the ruin with a lot of passion, sweat and zest for action .
With their diligence they woke the old mill from a deep slumber and since then people have lived and laughed here
and celebrated.
In the meantime you have withdrawn a little for more time
with the dog Fabo and grandchild Leonie
to spend.
